Very nice to go skiing without worries. Breakfast and dinner arranged, everything is nearby and also a discount on ski pass and ski rental.
As a group of 17 people, we had a great holiday with you! The rooms were somewhat dated, but still fine. The food was delicious! I would have liked breakfast a bit more extensive, but there was something for everyone every morning. What I missed about breakfast was a nice egg or a croissant. The location was great, the bus stopped in front of the apartment and we could drive to the slopes every so often. Taxis also came easily to the apartment. All in all it was a great holiday!
Enjoyed a few wonderful days of winter sports in Serfaus, thanks to the hospitality of the chalet staff and all their good care! Chalet Gretl is also well located, in the middle of the village, close to the metro and various entertainment venues. Recommended!
We all enjoyed our stay in chalet Berg-Klause. The chalet was perfectly sized for a group of 25 people. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, flexible and made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We liked the chalet formula with catering and we are already considering booking a Wens Chalet again next year.
